CarryBee sends every order here the moment it's marked Paid. Nothing hits your books until you approve it. Approving posts the sale and the courier fee into EBL POOKIE; rejecting discards it.

Courier & CRM Integrations
Connects CarryBee so every delivery payment, COD fee, and delivery charge is logged automatically as a transaction, starting from the moment you save this — never your historical sales. Fully manual until you paste in your credentials below.
Ecomdrive
Share your Ecomdrive API key (check Setting → API/Integrations inside your 1.ecomdrivebd.com dashboard) and I'll wire this up the same way as CarryBee.

Danger Zone
🛡️ Automatic Google Sheet Backup
Keep a live mirror of all your data in a Google Sheet you own — updated automatically every night at 3 AM, plus a “Backup Now” button any time. Even in a worst-case scenario, your data is always safe in your own Google Sheet. (Your data is also backed up nightly to secure cloud storage.)
1. Create a blank Google Sheet.
2. Click Share → give Editor access to this address:
Click “Backup Now” once — the address to share will appear here3. Copy the Sheet ID from its URL (the long code between
/d/ and /edit) and paste it below.
📊 Daily Log — Sync from Google Sheet
Pull Orders, Total Sales and Ad Spend into the Daily Log straight from a hand-kept Google Sheet (one tab per month, e.g. "July"). Share the sheet with at least Viewer access to the same address shown above, then paste its ID or URL below.
📦 Stock — two-way Google Sheet sync
Keeps Stock and a Google Sheet matched by SKU. Updating quantity here (+In / −Out / Set, or adding a product) pushes to the sheet automatically. Edits made directly in the sheet don't push themselves back — click "Sync from Sheet" whenever you've edited it there. Share the sheet with the same address shown above.
⚡ Speed up loading
Older receipts were stored as full photos inside the transaction records themselves, so opening the app had to download every receipt ever attached, every time — the main reason things have felt slow. This moves them to separate file storage instead, leaving just a link behind. Safe to run any time; already-migrated receipts are skipped automatically.
Backup & Import
Export a backup of everything you can see, or import an old local-file backup (like your original spreadsheet migration) into this cloud business — safe to run more than once, it won't duplicate anything.
Transactions only — export to Excel/CSV to edit in a spreadsheet or open directly in Google Sheets, or import a spreadsheet of transactions (columns: Date, Description, Category, Person, Location, Expense, Sell). Safe to re-import; matching rows are skipped.
📗 Full ledger in Google Sheets
Writes every transaction — from the very first one to today — into an "All Transactions" tab on your backup sheet, with In / Out columns and a running balance after each row. Rewrites that tab each time, so it never duplicates, and touches no other tab.
